Creative director, entrepreneur, and author.

As Creative Director, Content for Square I lead our Owned & Organic/Brand Content team. During my time, I built a team, set our vision & charter, transformed production, and re-envisioned our feeds. We went from traditional ways of working to always-on at the speed of culture.

As Global Creative Lead at Airbnb, I lead cross-functional creative platforms, overseeing freelance creatives across disciplines (writers, art directors, designers, editors, motion designers), external agencies, and creative collaborators (illustrators, photographers, directors). My creative leadership experience extends to global integrated and performance marketing campaigns, brand identity, web/ mobile/ “physical meets digital” interactive experiences, video/photography/animation production, and organic and paid social content creation. 

I like to push brands to their edge; fighting for a new expression, cultural relevance, diverse representation, and work that people actually care about. To do this, there needs to be a creative culture that inspires others to show up as their full selves. Do good work, but most of all — be good to each other. People first, always. 

I’m a boymom of two, wife to a creative director named Kyle, and an author of two published books. After work, I like to take a corporate cleanse in the ocean.
